Sorry for the late response, on vacation in puerto rico.

Total cost was just under 1000 including everything. FX35 bi-xenon projectors with a clear lens, OEM ballasts and bulbs, mini gun shrounds, a harness to plug it into the H4 socket, painting, and shipping. Sure its alot of money, but the difference is night and day, literally. I will never own a car without projectors again.

I did have to align the headlights as he didnt have a Fit to put them on and adjust them. Took 5 minutes though. Wait till I get some farther pictures of the cutoff. Its razor sharp and has an amazing colorband across it thanks to the clear lens.
This will not come as "kit" as it is a custom job, you can get one done for the same price.

Coming back from vacation on tuesday so expect some pictures then.

$1000 was including them installing, or that was the price of the lights and they provided instructions to install? I really hate the OEM lights. This is my first car without HID projectors since 1994.

qbmurderer13 Jun 5, 2009 11:15 AM

Im not going to give out exact prices as it just really depends on parts and shipping etc...

But yes what I paid includes the labor of retrofitting the projectors into the headlight and the parts itself. His work is amazing. He did 0 cutting what so ever. From the back it looks exactly the same except you see the igniter isntead of the bulb. He even keeps the OEM rubber gasket for the bulb. And also seals it with the OEM headlight sealant to prevent condensation, think its called buteyl?

The only thing I had to do was remove my old headlights, put the new ones in, and connect the wiring harness and I was set. Piece of cake.

I bought brand new headlights from Honda and had them shipped directly to his house as its my daily driver. So my total cost was way over 1000, but I plan to sell my stock OEM headlights to make some of that back. Turnaround time was 2 weeks but I didnt give him a deadline, I told him to take all the time he needed. He can have it done in a day or two and ship it out right away if need be.

Check out their website at www.hidillusionz.com Rich is the owner and hes really cool, I talked to him for about an entire week just trying to decide what would be the best setup and plan for me.
