the projector headlights are cool. will those fit usdm though?

nope:( front ends totally not the same

These could be on my shopping list. I'm not sure about the black inserts, though. Silver may look better on a white car with these projectors.

how do we get these parts (the one that could work on usdm) here in the us?

Front end is not same, but this would involve only the back side of the head to the "B' pipe (or cat)
I think that may stand a good chance of being the same as it is a center dump probably not dependent on RH or LH drive.

By all accounts they don't fit in the US model. Maybe there's a US version on e-bay.
