Not seeing any separate drain for the heater core. Removal procedure begins with recovery of A/C refrigerant and draining radiator. When disconnecting heater core hoses expect coolant to drain out.

there must be a duct from the heater core housing, that pushes heat to your car through the bottom vents, passenger side center bottom under the stereo system

That's the blower unit - what's the issue?

No pdf - blower unit is connected to heater core/housing. All in under dash. If you could explain problem might possibly be able to help. Smell of coolant in the cabin?

no, there's no coolant in the cabin, i do not have a low coolant levels in my coolant level tank.
definitely not the heater core, it has to be some type of duct or blower where heat is pushed into your car from the outside

i get some water into the passenger side from when the heaterr fan is on and its raining outside

Difficult to see exactly how the outside air gets to the blower unit.

There is a drain line on the blower unit, should be visible from under the dash - remove passenger bottom panel [under cover]. Drain line is located between the Core unit [towards drive] and Blower unit [towards glove box]. The two units are joined as one. Possible this drain line is clogged? I can not tell where it exits [possibly forward through fire wall] and my guess is it's to carry off condensation and water just seeping in as you're finding out. The A/C Evaporator lives inside the Blower Box.

Wish I could be more helpful, but the Service Manual is vague - assumes you're there taking it apart as opposed to showing what's going on.

The FSM's GM publishes for the Cadillac's I've owned are far superior to what Honda does.

Not long ago I thought I was feeling water hit my face while driving in a heavy rain - like a mist. You're seeing water drip on the floor I'm guessing. If it's sort of between the glove box and the center of the console I would suspect the Blower Box drain line.

i think water is coming in where your vents are on the bottom of the windshield.
then it must not be draining properly and in a heavier rain i get water coming through the duct passenger side because it must not be draining fast enough.

canuck how's the water leak??

This came to mind, are you running the vent on re-circulate? This can and will cause an excess build-up of moisture inside the cabin, I've seen extreme cases where the carpets are wet and the musty smell is over powering.

Is here someone who can upload a 2009 honda fit service manual?
I know the online manual on the hondafitjazz website. But It is too complicated to search.
And i don't find the connectors description.
I would to know the pinoutc te connector A, B, C and the others on the fuse box.
