The Feel of IMA/Hybrid has gone away :/

Hey folks, I am from pakistan, driving a 2nd generation HOnda fiot (pic attached).
So the issues is, all of sudden I lost that thunder fast pick of my ride, and can see her struggling over the assist meter. the needle touches both sides which was not the case when I bought her, its around 100k-km driven. so now all I feel is, that I am driving a pure fuel engine with no support of that shit (IMA-integrated motor assist)
highly disappointed, Need serious help to approach the issue, the ECO works fine, everything else is good. but the additional 14bhp has been gone. I need help! serious HELP!!

You have to have the magic diag machine to talk to the hybrid drive far as I've heard..

There are a few guys hacking the can bus to try and reverse engineer it but haven't heard much in a long time..

I might be wrong but I think there is only 1 active hybrid on the site. From what I understand, you have the same setup as the crz. You might get better info on a crz forum. Good luck.
