2010 fit Sport. 75,000 miles.


A few months ago, the CD unit wouldn't eject the disc using the eject button. Tried a few things go it working occasionally, but now it wont play or eject at all and the small green light always stays on, even after I got the disc out manually.


OEM replacement looks too expensive; anyone have any recommendations on a new radio/CD unit? Crutchfield has some decent looking units, but I figured I'd ask you guys (and ladies) first.

 

Any after market radio that fits your needs (amp output or not, USB compatible, MP3 compatible...), with a dash kit.
Or buy the USB adapter for your OEM radio and listen to music on a USB stick...

 

You can get a used OEM stereo on ebay for $40. If you're only looking for a replacement, not an upgrade, that's probably your best bet because an aftermarket dash kit with wiring harness and antenna adapter will run you $30 already.
