How to change top corner headlight bulb (that's yellow/amber)

Hello everyone,
Hopefully title says it all - 2010 honda fit base. I can take a picture if necessary. Seems like there is a light gray plastic piece which the bulb inserts into, which I would guess is suppose to turn out. Mine is super tight/not moving and I don't want to break anything. Could I get your advice?

Yes, it is a PITA to get your fingers in there to push in and turn counterclockwise to unhook. I put on Nitrile gloves to protect my fingers.
