'09 Sport crankshaft position sensor
Anyone know where to find this part? And what it takes to replace it? My wife's fit is dead 2 states away, and we think this may be the culprit. Thinking a recent oil leak toasted it.
Either way, any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

not sure if this diagram helps you, but it would be #5 on the diagram listed. Honda Fit Sensor assembly, crank. Cylinder, chain, case - 37500-RAA-A01 | Sons Honda, McDonough GA

On my GD the crank sensor is removed from the rear side of the motor, 1 bolt 1 connector I'd estimate 10 minutes tops.. ON mine its in the open, you don't need to touch anything else.
You might even be able to swap it by reaching from above on the passenger side. if your coordinated..
3/8 ratchet and a deep well socket set.. If I recall it was a 13mm..
If you do it from below the aero tray has to come off,, or at least the passenger side needs to be taken loose at the upper part the sensor is kinda visible through the wheel well..
Good luck.

Man, if that's the case for the GE then shit. I already had to send it to a mechanic cause I couldn't find documentation ANYWHERE ONLINE of where it is on the GE or that motor at all. Not much I can do two states away. But here I sit hoping I found an honest and knowledgeable mechanic..
