Two Fit Family

Well we are now a two Fit family. My wife got one of the last 08's in July (a Tidewater Blue base with AT) and I just picked up one of first of the 09's the other day (Blackberry Sport MT). Two of the best cars that I have ever driven. The 08 is a great car. Every thing you would want in a small car. Fun to drive, easy on gas and lots of room. And the 09 is even better. More refined, still fun to drive and with the MT even better on gas. My wife with the AT and her lead foot get's about 30 mpg where as I am getting 38 with the MT. Hope to take some pics this weekend.

Are there any other two fit families out there?

Question Pics

I hope this works. This image does make it look a bit darker than it really is. It was just a little overcast when I took the picture. In bright sun the metallic paint jumps out, but in dim light it looks almost black or navy blue.

Congrats on the new addition to the family, and thanks for the pics. It's my first viewing of the BBP for '09, and I must admit that it looks great. It's definitely one of those colors that takes on multiple personalities, which is a perfect fit for the Fit. Enjoy!

Wow. The color in that 2nd photo looks great. If the color was truly like that, I would regret not getting that color!

If that's your Silver Storm fit in the picture, I like that color it's very classy and really shows off the the lines of the Fit better than any other color. I almost got one but the one the dealer had was an AT and I wanted a MT. So I took the Blackberry instead.

It IS like that. It's like having 3 or 4 cars at the same time. On cloudy days, you have a navy blue car. At night, it's black. On sunny days, it's purple. And depending upon where you park, you can have a partially bluish-purple car in the front and a blazing purple car in the rear.

For those of us with multiple personalities, it's perfect!

vroom!

I dunno if purple suits my personality, but the other colors are A+ for me. If it just alternated from navy blue/black that would make me depressed that I didn't get that color.

Congrats again! Gorgeous paint!

I am so happy. I had been researching the sport with navi for about 6 months and asked my dealer to order. Low and behold, one came in and I was going to say no way, but got into this car and drove it - what a difference from my 07. Although I love my 07, the 09 rides smoother and is more quieter. Fell in love all over again and of course traded my girl in for a new edition.
