who ever told you that is probably correct.
Looks like they tinted the top portion of the stock red then put black and chrome tape on it. It's custom for sure much like alot of other things on the car.
BTW its the Noblesse Fit.

Not sure - they look totally custom to me, but if the lights were cracked open and finessed, anything's possible, I guess.

What's really cool though, is while I've seen, and even posted pics of that Fit, I didn't know it had a K swap!! Also of note, is a supposed prototype rear camber kit.

edit: Ah, looks like chrome tape was used on the hatch, so yeah, I'm willing to bet it is just modified stock lights.

 

No I believe those are from a stock Jazz from Japan. Some guys have friends in Japan that swap for stock ones from the US.

 

Incorrect...I have the JDM tails . Got them from MKDonz in Indonesia.
Remember the Noblesse Fit is in Japan. It would be more exotic to them to have US tails instead of JDM.





Now there is JDM RS lights that have LEDs. The design is similar to the USDM but have LED for the turn signal at the top.

It is possible these are modified JDM RS's LED tails I guess. Actually this would make more sense since there is no red reflector on the side in the clear part of the taillight like there is on the USDM (reference USDM pic above)

I have heard some people in Asia were having problems with the LED tails but don't know if they meant the OEM RS LED tails or the aftermarket LED tails....

With some red vinyl and some chrome polyester tape, you could make your stock GE8 tail lights look like this:

 

It looks like it is actually black, chrome and red vinyl or it could be the black and chome vinyl on the jdm led tails, either way i think its ridiculous to try and emulate tail lights from a benz, but if thats what your into, go for it.

 

At least it's not trying to imitate the single articulated windshield wiper with a single unarticulated windshield wiper. That may be one of the most ghastly ricer trends.

There are actually tail lights like that for the Noblesse Luxury FIT. Since Noblesse has two available kits for the the GE FIT, namely Noblesse Sport which has the JDM LED tail lights and Noblesse Luxury which has these customized black and chrome strip on the JDM LED tail lights except the red portion on the turn signals.
