Washer Fluid Pump not pumping

Do the front and rear use different motors? Neither is pumping liquid. I can't hear or feel anything in the lines when my partner pulls the washer lever.

I think there may even be just water in the tank, which probably destroyed the motor. Don't see any leaks in the reservoir, but it's also not all the way full.

Anything else I should check for before going for a replacement?

There is only one pump, underneath the reservoir tank with the line for the rear window running along the passenger side of the car along the sill.

Straight water is fine for windshield washer fluid, presuming you don't freeze. Windshield washer fluid usually has a bit of alcohol in it to prevent freezing.

This is from the service manual for testing to see if your pump is bad or not. If it isn't bad and still doesn't work let me know, there's a lot to try but this is sort of the first thing to try. The other being pull fuse 21 under the driver side lower instrument panel (controls washer, 15 amp fuse) and see if that's been tripped.

EDIT: added wheel well removal instructions if needed.
