Radiator fan not starting automaticaly Fit 2009

Hi

I have an issue with my radiator fan (conductor side).

Last winter, I had snow all over the engine bloc, the radiator fan was tilted with the weight of the snow. Yet the car performed like it used to do except the car vibrations from the fan.

last month, the radiator fan stopped working normaly from engine temps (took me 1-2weeks to noticed), yet I put AC on, both fans works. I've replaced the fan, now both work well, no more vibration, but it doesnt start with the engine temp rising / after ignition. AC on still powers both fans.

I've checked the fuse box for the 2 30AMPS fans, both are fine.

I've heard it could be the radiator fan relay, but where is it?!
Any other possibilities?

Thanks to everyone that helps

Regards,

I'm pretty sure the relay is in a black box under the drivers side headlight. Pretty easy to open the box and pull the relay, but just hard to access the box.

Hopefully that's all it is!
