ok its been quite a while since ive been on here and updated my JAZZ build.

Had some time this afternoon and decided to FINALLY install my LAST STATION intake.

Info about the intake here:
Last Station Power Box Air Intake System GE Fit'

Took me ages to do (2.5 hours+ id say). The worst part was trying to remove one of the original bolts that held the factory air box GRRR. Sorry for the crappy phone photos

Can't say much about it yet as i haven't driven with the new intake. Going to the HONDA workshop on monday to make sure its all ok and i haven't done anything wrong.

Review to come

Update:

Intake impressions so far. Very nice sound and can absolutely free an increase in power, especially when your at the upper end of the rev range, lots more torque now also.

Having the 45000 km service done in the next week or two and also having them install my carbon fiber steering wheel insert while its at the shop. Its not just a sticker type either, proper full replacement (pic below)

Still searching around for springs (maybe Tein at this stage) and J's exhaust.

Anyone have any input as to how much the Tein Springs help with cornering and the feel of the car in corners?

I've got the Tein's. The drop is low and looks awesome. Ride is a little bouncy over rough roads due to the mismatched dampers, but definitely tolerable. I think a drop makes the Fit look much more purposeful. Handling is better (but not as great as coilovers, I'm sure) and I would definitely recommend the Progress rear sway bar or other brand rear sway bar to go along with them. Makes a huge difference!

Thanks for the info above. I noticed from reading some of your other posts that you got yours from assaultech.com Seems to be the way to be with the US Dollar at the moment (works out to be AUD183 for me). Have to email them soon to see if free shipping is also for international

That's a wild lookin' intake for sure, what would that cost in US funds, just curious?

You can buy it here... however, the AFM is different on the USDM and JDM Honda Fit/Jazz so you would have to modify the AFM mount to suit the USDM Fit.

Where did you get the steering wheel insert?
