panda1314's Taffeta White Sport with Blue RPF-1's
I ditched my heavy 16" Enkei T-forks in exchange of these awesome Blue RPF1's.
The tires are Falken 912's. Very quiet very smooth, haven't tried pushing them yet. Gonna wait till i get my Progress Rear Sway Bar and new EBC brakes on Friday. Currently lowered on Eibach Pro-Kits but I am considering some HSD Coil-Overs... http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2011/03/...178203-800.jpg http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2011/03/...178207-800.jpg http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2011/03/...178208-800.jpg http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2011/03/...178205-800.jpg |
Like the wheels!
|
nice wheels, are those the stock calipers just painted?
|
Yes they are. I hated the look of painted calipers but at the same time mine took a beating through two canadian wintwe and were heavily faded so badly I didnt want to leave them in a nasty charcoal grey behind the nice bllue rims.

Dope Wheels. Garbage tires.

^What do you want out of the tire?

Wheels look extra tiny for some reason. Love the color combination of the TW and the blue wheels tho.
|
Lookin' good...is that the original Enkei blue? They look dark but not quite as dark as the Volks in mag blue. For some reason your TW looks like it's matte white in those shots...probably just the lighting.
|
Yup it's the original enkei blue from the factory. 15" that's why they look smal. I was thinking of getting summer tires but I do a lot of highway driving and they won't last long enough for me plus i dont want to slide everywhere in the rain. As for why my car looks matte, it just needs a wash and wax that's all

Tires looks beefy they are gottta be atleast a 55 series sidewall so what are the specs of your wheels/tires.

To be honest I want it to be quiet and grippy. Less weight certainly would help alot too.
I was thinking between Toyo Proxes 4 or Yokohama S. Drive's Inputs? If you are willing to spend some money: Michelin Pilot Sport All Season. Quieter than the stock all seasons, better fuel economy than them (even going from 195/65/15 to 225/45/17), grip for days. Best tires I've ever owned. (note I didn't have them on a Fit lol) |

tires are Falken 912: 205/50-15 |
Look really good in the blue color. Would look better if they were 16 or 17 through. 15 is a bit small for the ge.
|
Looks great! I really like the 15" size for the GE. I'm thinking of running 15's as well, but with 195/55s. Let us know if you have any rubbing issues.

I was running 16" enkei's for the past two years. Wanted a different look this time around but didn't really want to go 17s cuz the wheels will be too heavy so I opted for 15s instead.
Very happy with the look so far I'm most likely gonna sell my 16" enkei's. I was gonna keep them as winter wheels but I'm gonna look for some other 15" wheels instead. Zero rubbing issues so far lowered on Eibach Pro-Kits. The white Honda sticker was provided by the tire shop where I bought my rims/tires from. Also got them to spray my calipers red and drums black for me as both were fading. |
