PM me when you are ready to sell your OEM spoiler.

blassty Oct 18, 2011 05:41 PM

Very nice. I'm envious of your side mirrors.

The pic above your post is actually an automatic as well. It's a custom job so it looks like a manual. If I had an auto I'd prob get it, even though I'd be trying to depress the clutch. :rotfl:

Nice progress so far. :wavey:

I know what you mean with crossing mods off the list, I haven't been able to do anything for a while, and now I'm gonna try knock some things off the list before deep freeze winter hits.

Yup.... it's already dropping below that here on a reg, so certain mods will have to wait till spring now :(

I just want to start whittling down that long list of things to do, cause I keep adding, and haven't had time to complete.

Are you considering the Swift springs at all? From all the posts on here they seem like the best performing spring out there. Even a few people on Progressive's went to Swifts. Although the Swift's drop isn't as significant as other makers.

Hey where did you get the Blox? .... doh! no more adding to my list... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

yah blassty, a couple of those storms last yr here completely buried my GE8 (thanks to the snow drift) Cant wait to try it out with the DWS's. :vtec:

swflej1 Oct 20, 2011 06:32 PM

Your car is looking great, what part of FL are you at?

StormSurfer Oct 21, 2011 08:37 AM

Nice Fit...:).Keep the good work.I like the rack.Maybe one day i install one on my FIT.

FitStir Oct 21, 2011 10:43 AM

Yeah the Swift's are ~$250, about the same drop I think. On my list eventually.

You're doing the install yourself? :vtec:

FittedOnEm Oct 22, 2011 12:52 PM

i would atleast go for a set of rotas, but be sure you lower it first :)

mike410b Oct 22, 2011 12:53 PM

I wouldn't if I were you, and those 205/40 will have a stiff-ish sidewall.

FittedOnEm Oct 22, 2011 12:57 PM

with how well the build is going now, id save up and get a set of enkeis. the stock rims arent that bad; so no need to rush that step.

sandblasted Oct 23, 2011 09:39 PM

did i see in the first few pics on page one, that you have your fog lights on, AND your turn signals, but no headlights....then in another, park lights, fogs, and no headlights........special modification for this? or am i going insane? i'd love to rock my fogs and park lights with no day times, or headlights on period.......without jumping fuses.....

I second this. No sense in rushing it since your OEM's are still good...pile the money in a jar labeled "sweet rims fund" and then pull the trigger when the pile matures with a nice set of lighter wheels. :vtec:

Make it 3. Better to save up and buy better stronger lighter weight wheels, if you're going to "upgrade" the stock alloys.
