Reintroduction : 2012 Tafetta White GE8 AT

Yessir, I've been going back and forth with it for awhile. I figured since I was dropping the mirrors off, might as well have them do the grille as well. Feel free to do whatever makes you happy man, your car has been looking great
Mine is looking a bit.. odd right now haha

I just installed my winker mirror covers, I got them in Gray metal metallic to match the modulo center garnish/ jdp diffuser.
Thanks That means a lot!

I totally forgot to update LOL. Finished product with the paint matched grill and mirrors. I had a horrible experience with NST for the pulley and would never consider doing business with them again, I actually highly recommend against it. Besides that, the car has been sitting in the garage waiting to go in for the airbag recall. Tune has been pushed off yet again, looking to get it done this summer.

I'm finally getting the car back tomorrow after a month with the rental. I'll try and squeeze in a proper shoot once I have it back

not much to update on lately.
-upgraded the battery to an optima yellowtop 51r after the oem one died
-denso ik22 plugs installed, car seems to run a bit smoother. all in preparation for the tune, jus waiting on a software update from ktuner.
-oem hood installed (cf is for sale jus btw)
more coming in the next couple months or so

i def agree, i'm probably leaving this one on haha.
thanks!
i didn't modify anything at all besides taking the battery tray out. i think the modification is only needed with the oem intake, but i have a k&n. i'm planning on either running the civic tray (from what I've read, it fits) or modifying the stock one.

It's been awhile, but here's a quick rundown since last time (I'll be properly shooting the car soon).
-Sprintex Supercharger
---Port & Polished lower manifold
---Restrictor removed
-Evo X fuel pump
-Acura RDX 410cc injectors
-Injen cold air intake
-KTuner ECU reflash
-Tune by Church Automotive Testing
More info on my experience is in the main Sprintex thread. More updates are coming as well, just waiting on money and parts to come in

It's been an idea for awhile, not too sure yet. I'm in between manual swap or just going all out and dropping a K in it. But this wouldn't be for a long time.

If anyone is interested in some parts I have leftover from the partout, link is below:

I feel like this thread should have some conclusion since I kept it fairly updated ever since I bought the car. To make a long story short, the timing lined up well for me to part out the car and get into something I've always had my eye on. So, without going into much more detail, this is how my 2017 Toyota 86 currently stands:
The Fit game was fun, but honestly I'm not a fan of where the community was heading and I no longer saw the inspiration for me to continue on with the build. It didn't make any sense for me to continue spending money on the car when at the end of the day, I'd rather be in a K swapped Integra. If I didn't make the mistake of buying this Fit in an automatic I probably would've kept it, but I was craving to have another MT in my life.
It was a fun seven years of the community from my first Fit to my second. I met many great people, had a lot of good laughs, and gained much experience through this platform. Thanks everyone

Thanks man, I almost ended up in an S but I needed something a bit roomier and not as old. The community wasn't a deciding factor on getting rid of the car, but I felt like it was worth mentioning. Hell, I haven't bothered to really get involved in the FRS/BRZ/86 community in my three months of ownership so far.
I am interested to see what happens with the 2nd gen Fit chassis since they're getting pretty cheap.
