What were you planning on getting before the accident? Was traffic moving when you got hit or standing still? I almost got nailed last year came to a traffic light and the girl behind me was busy texting on her phone and looked up at the last second. She ended up skidding off on the shoulder another second and I would of been hit at around 45mph from behind.

I had test drove the scion tc and frs.
Frs was really badass but just isn't for me, and the tc I really liked
I was going to settle for that one or was thinking a new accord.
I was at the stop light for about 10-15 secs and next thing I remember was hearing a loud crash then feeling a hard hit.
So from what I've been reading I believe the third car is at fault, he hit the corolla then the corolla hit me.
When I called Chp I had a hard time telling then what went down.
I was like in a shock mode I couldn't remember words lol

 

You should be ok if the traffic was stopped the last guy in line that hit a stopped car will be at fault.

 

Dropped off car Tuesday at seidners collision center,
And they called me to with the estimate
They told me its about 7k in damage
State Farm gave them the green light. Would have my car back by the end of the month.
As for now, sucks asking for rides, I'm waiting for Chp to finish the report to get my rental
