JayBird's BRM Honda Fit Base
Hello all,
After being a long time lurker, I purchased a 2013 Blue Raspberry Metallic Fit Base last week. Love the car so far, and cant wait to do more to it.
So far I have only had it tinted, but have some splash guards coming in. I am selling a rifle, so hopefully in the next month I will be lowering it with some Swift Sport Machs.

Just got back from a 500 mile road trip. Its pretty damn awesome to use so little fuel!

Well, I sold a rifle, so I have a little bit of money to play around with. I am taking the fit to Disneyland and then Las Vegas, so I figured a DVD head unit would make the trip more pleasant.
Kenwood DDX370
I nicked the Metra kit, should have laid masking tape, so I will need to get another one. I work at Best Buy, so that stuff is relatively inexpensive.
It was between this and the Pioneer 1500. I liked the menu of the kenwood and the fact that you dont need a toggle switch to run the DVD whilst driving. The factory speakers work pretty well. I dont really want the clutter of amps/subs, so I am glad they do all right.
One bad thing, my iPhone 5 is not fully compatable. Kenwood doesnt sell the proper cable, so no video playback through the iPhone, but audio works fine.

Thanks!
Only drove it for about 15 minutes after putting them on, but Aside from having to be more careful with speed bumps and rail road tracks; there was no real comfort loss.
