My new Midnight Plum Pearl GE8

What's going on guys, figure I'd introduce myself to the forums and show off my first brand new car! I got my fit a little over a month ago while i was working at honda, before i got the Fit i was driving a 95 eg coupe with a k20z1 but i was getting tired of daily driving a stage 4 clutch and 3" exhaust lol cops loved me. So i ended up selling my coupe and taking the Fit off the showroom floor the same day. I had to get it in a 5 speed, i think its way quicker and more fun than the automatic. Even tho its nowhere near how fast my coupe was, the satisfaction of driving a new car thats reliable weighed it out just fine. First things i did were all season oem all season floor mats, rainguards, and 15% 3M tints. I told myself i was going to leave it stock but its pretty hard not to do anything to a car that has so many parts available lol. The first thing i want to do for sure is get a short shifter, i love the car but i really cant stand how long the throws are! I really was looking into the mugen shifter and shift knob just because i like how the assembly is a direct replacement and looks very clean, also i like how the shifter sits lower. I just worry that it wont be short enough for my liking, if im going to spend the money i want to be satisfied. Any input? Down the road i def want to do a suspension setup suitable for daily driving, any input would be appreciated! Thanks! heres some pics.

Looks great. I normally prefer light colors but this is a sophisticated and classic color. It looks nice especially in bright light. Thanks for posting oh and welcome to the forum!
I hope you enjoy your new Fit.
How has it been so far? What do you want to change about the suspension? What kind of driving will you be doing? Any auto cross?

Beautiful car, I LOVE that color. It's a unique color that you don't see too often. It looks even better with the tinted windows and window visors too.

Just a thought. I just bought my 2012 Fit 3 weeks ago and I thought the same thing about shifting. It felt like forever shifting from 1 to 2nd. I added a T1R shift ball and the shifts got significantly shorter.

I know what you are talking about when going from an older modified car. It is super nice driving a stock car, but very hard to subdue the modifying bug. Good Luck.
