I have for sale my brand new, never used/installed JDP Carbon Fiber front lip for the '09-up Fit. I bought this from JDP back in June of '09 but have never got around to installing it, and now making my car payment and having extra cash is more important than the lip, so its up for sale. I paid $300 even to JDP for the lip, shipped and all.

It has been in it's box since I recieved it, I only opened the box to inspect it, removed part of the plastic to check it out but it was covered back up upon closing the box.

Asking price is $275, shipped with GREYHOUND only. I've never had a problem shipping large items with Greyhound so I see no risk in it whatsoever. If you wish to ship it via other means, the price will most likely go up, transit time will also be longer, Greyhound is very timely as the buses are almost always moving.

I will have pics of the lip up tomorrow as i'm not at home nor will I be until tomorrow.

I am located in Eastern TN, and will meet within reason.

 

Would I have to pick it up from the greyhound station then? I might be interested, but most likely won't be able to purchase for a month.

This is for the Sport or Base Fit?

 

I guess just the sport, don't know what you'd have to do on a base to get it to fit.

 

Change front bumper cover to Sport model and it will fit.

I wish I shipped my JDP lip greyhound. FedEx decided it looked too nice and damaged it in two spots. That's after I wrapped it twice as good as JDP ships it.

 

Yeah JDP didn't really do that good of a job with packing, but oh well, it got here to me safely. I'll definitely fill the box up with bubblewrap/newspaper/etc. if someone buys it.

Nope no scratches I'm aware of, I've taken the bubblewrap off of half the lip twice the whole time I've had it, once when I first got it and just the other day to take pics for this thread. Didn't notice any blemishes at all, its most likely a reflection. I'll check when I get home though and will try to take a better pic.

You & a guy from Canada are all I'm communicating with about the lip just so you know. Whoever has the money first if you decide you want it.

 

Checked the lip, looks like you've got better eyes than myself man, there are some scratches on the lip.... No clue of how they got there, but yes there are a few, everything that I thought was reflections are indeed scratches. It still feels solid though, so ........yeah.
