FS: Koni STR.T Orange | Progress Springs

Hello all,

I upgraded to coilovers so my old setup has to go. Setup has 5000 easy California miles on it.

Koni Orange: Great for an upgrade with stock springs or mild lowering springs. The only strut/shock combo available for the GE8. Might also work for GK5 considering many coilovers seem to fit but no guarantees.

Progress Springs: Stiffest springs available that have a mild drop. 160Ib/200Ib rates are a great balanced set. Definitely recommend pairing these with aftermarket dampers. Though there have been plenty of users here riding happy with stocks.

Konis: SOLD!
Progress: $100+SH

I'm interested in these, but I've been searching like crazy to see if the GE struts fit GD's. It looks like the GE's are shorter?

Actually I think the GEs are taller. The rear shock pretty much bolts up. Front strut bolts up to the knuckle but the brake line mounting points are different.

Either way, these are designed for way softer spring rates than what GDs run so I wouldn't bother. Thanks for the interest though.

I was just looking at prices for the Koni orange last night. With you having to ship them across the US I don't think it makes sense for me.

I am holding the struts/shocks for a bit longer but the springs are still up for grabs.
