FS: F&F Type 2 coilovers CHEAP
Alright guys, I have traded in my Fit. I know, it's a sad day, but I was ready for something new. I picked up a low mileage 2011 BMW 135i DCT in Alpine White.
The only way the dealer would take in the Fit on trade was obviously if I un-slammed it. lol... I removed my Function and Form Type 2s and consequently they are now up for sale.
The reasons that I am selling them so cheaply are because when removing the fronts, the adjuster knob was seized into the top of the strut, and well... the tip broke off inside the top of the strut. AND because I would venture to say they need a rebuild. I don't know this for sure, but I did get a good 30k miles out of them.
I installed them with less than 1000 miles on my Fit while still rocking my drive out tag, and didn't remove them until about 31,300.
All that being said, I will let them go for $150 plus shipping. Paypal fee is included in that price. I think this is reasonable, and I hope someone wants them, because if not the fiancé says they have to go to the dumpster . Give my coilovers a new home, and save me from another argument over them sitting in our living room!!
Message me on here, email me at jonathanmichaelpoe@gmail.com, or for the fastest response shoot me a text message at (931)-434-7907. Thanks guys!

after $400 for the "rebuild" and maybe $10 for the new adjuster knob, someone will have virtually a brand new set for $605.

No interest?

How does one get these rebuilt?

winter ice storm bump... Got about a quarter of an inch of ice with a sleet and snow mix on top of it here in the Concord/Charlotte area.
Really hoping I won't have to work tomorrow!

Bump. One and only price drop. If no one picks these up in a week, they are going to the dumpster. Someone please get these so they don't end up in the trash. The fiance has given me one week so they must go.

pending sale

Will keep you in mind! Currently speaking with an individual from Guam who is waiting for me to provide a shipping quote at the beginning of the week. If that falls through I will give an update in this thread. If he does purchase, I will update this to sold. Thanks for your interest!

And I'll be waiting after him

PM'ed first and second in line. Still for sale.

If I knew you had these I woulda bought them as well same time as the other parts. I just picked up a set of t1r but I would have liked to have had these as spares.

Sale is pending again. If they do not sell this time, I will shoot you a message and see if we can work something out.

It's still a possibility lol... I mean realistically I will probably end up putting them in the trunk of my car. They are still available. I can't believe no one has purchased these. YOU should take them off my hands!
