Seats went back in and i also leave the spare in to further balance the car.

As for suspension, i'm on Bilstein PSS coilovers. No setup, as they've done it for you. Best choice i think for a comfy yet capable setup. My pelvis isn't dust from the sub-par back roads, but it stiffens up when you push the car through corners
I have had my car break loose on both ends when it was heavily loaded with wheels an tires in the cargo area and the air shocks I had on it at the time pumped up pretty high... It began to over steer when I was backing off on the throttle but I was able to lightly use the throttle and get the front tires to hook up and pull me out of it... I had changed the oil a few days earlier and rotated my tires... I put 3 to 5 PSI more air in the front tires and I had forgotten to change the pressure in them.... I think that not having the rear of the car up higher than the front, too much air pressure in the back tires, too stiff a setting on the dampers and spring preload, are things that will help to keep the rear end from breaking loose as easily when the seats have been removed... I had the seats in my car when it got loose from me and a heavy load so it was the other stuff that caused me to nearly crap my pants.+

do you know what the spring rates are? does it have any adjustability except ride height?

I recently put some 205-50=16 Goodyear Eagle Authority tires, sold by Wal-Mart, and only the rear springs and dampers from the Buddy Club N+Spec coil over kit.... I still have my rear seats removed but with the height of the rear adjusted almost at its highest setting, dampers a couple of clicks below half on the dampers, 34 psi in the rear tires and 31 in the front.. I went out and did a run through a couple of challenging S turns that are on a hill doing them both ways and almost got myself in trouble.... It wasn't because the rear end got loose or under steer but because the G force was causing me to slide out of the seat on the left turns and had me needing to hold onto the steering wheel to stay in the seat.... The door kept me in place on right turns so I was smooth in them.... The closer to stock offset of the recently installed Kosei wheels have made a huge difference by making the torque steer barely noticeable.... Wheels that move the outer rim sit too far out from the hub put more of a load on the suspension and steering and has a negative affect on your car's handling.

when you said NO Set-up what did you mean by that?
did you add camber bolts, if yes how many pairs?
considering bilstein very much

thanks

what he means is that there is only the height that can be adjusted, no fine tuning available. I don't thnik he has added camber bolts as he seems to have bought these for simplicity...

if you want to go to the ground, AMR is a great choice BTW and will be camber adjustable (if you want to play with camber, choose a coilover that will allow you to do that)

Only ride height adjustable, and springs are progressive so a spring rate is kinda hard to determine from what i grasp.

I've used camber bolts in the past on the stock suspension, and they moved on me in the middle of an event. So ever since then camber bolts have left a bad taste in my mouth. I recently elongated the lower hole on the mounting brackets to adjust camber. I'm currently at -2.0 in the front and loving every minute of it. My 225/45/15 Hankook RS-3s clear, and they wear evenly

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Bilstein package. Sadly, i'm moving up in grip which is putting more load on the springs and revealing their weakness. So, alas, i'm looking to move to something stiffer with damper adjustability.

I'd buy the Bilsteins again, 7 days a week.
