lowest coilovers?

not sure if you're willing to shell out 2K for coilover but I have the HKS Hipermax S-type X and it's the lowest available for GE.
here's a comparison... stock vs s-type x

If you are planning to drive your car with the stiffest and lowest suspension available you have to be a masochist or have an endless supply of IV morphine..

Like ThEvil0nE said, HKS's will drop lowest.
Besides those, BuddyClub's drop lowest up front and Function&Forms drop lowest in the rears. I had no issues getting low with the BuddyClub's though, running either a single collar with a baby tuck on my 205/40/17s or tucking with no perch at all.
I have some info on my setup found on pages 10-12 of Vanct's thread.
