ABS and eBrake Light

After reading what I can find, I am now looking for some experienced help.
I have a 2009 Fit LX with 110,00 KMs
About a month ago I replaced the front wheel bearings.
I did the passenger side first.
In the process I damaged the ABS sensor.
The ABS light came on, as expected.
The next week I tackled the driver side wheel bearing.
I always apply the emergency brake before jacking the car.
After the bearing was replaced, i took the car off the jack, and released the emergency brake.
When I turned the key both the ABS and emergency brake light were both on and have stayed on.
Also, the brake pedal was soft, and had to be pumped up.
I just finished replacing the ABS sensor on the passenger side, but, both lights are still on.
Additional notes - i had the negative off the battery while replacing the ABS sensor. Also, I compressed the caliper pistons on both front brakes during reassembly after replacing the wheel bearings. I topped up the brake fluid with no change in the warning lights. The car can be driven safely with no indication that the emergency brake is stuck or seized in any way ( the warning light is solid, not flashing).
I am not sure where to go next?
I was thinking of bleeding all of the brake lines, but, I am not sure if this will have any affect because I don't know what the combination of these 2 warning lights are trying to tell me?
All help greatly appreciated!!
