Car front left side sag, Car not bouncing.

Hello,
I been having a rough ride recently, The front driver side sags half an Inch, and The ride is really rough, like the shock/Spring is not bouncing at all. I did and inspection myself by removing the tire, and checking if the spring was broken, It was not. I did not see the shock leaking.
What could it be causing the sag, and the rough ride. Thanks Guys.

The shock could be seized.

Another person had managed to break the welds in the top part of the car frame that holds the shocks (aka, shock housing)... could it be you did the same or something similar?

Thanks for the reply, yes im crossing my finger that is the shock and not the spring. I just bought one set of koni orange......for replacement. Because if it it the spring,,,I mess up lol.
