Set of HFP wheels for $325

I found a set of HFP wheels for $325 with no tires. Do you think this is a good deal? The seller said that its brand new in box.

I have a GE with stock suspension, question is would it rub? Planning to put 205/45 R16 tires on them.

I'd say thats a good deal. Need more info like offset to determine if you will rub or not.

Offset is 55mm. I have a stock 2011 Fit. Thanks.

You need offset along with width. One without the other is almost useless. I'll help you out the width is 6.5"

Are those the ones on Offerup? There's a different thread with a link to them. Anyway, $325 is a decent deal if they fit your car? It's about 1/2 of what they sold for new. I would have bought them and had a fiend from California pick up and ship to me if I thought they would fit my car. I believe your 2011 or any 2011 sport had a 6.5" wheel with a 45 offset? The base had a 6" wide wheel with a 53mm offset. Basically the Sport wheel is already pushed about 9mm closer to the strut and than a base wheel. The 55 offset HFP wheel would push the wheel another 10mm closer to the strut than a sport wheel. Not know what wheels are currently on your car? Regardless, you really need to physically look and see how much room is between your current setup and the strut/shock while the car is sitting on the tires.

The 55 offset really pushes the wheel towards the strut which limits fitments. I suspect that's why they didn't sell quickly? Figure out if they will work in your application and buy them before they're gone.

I know it's easier just to have someone tell you. If you don't want to do the work, just order a set of wheels from Tire Rack or Discount Tire direct. They'll do the work for you, but the wheels will also cost more than $300

If they are the HFP 16" wheels.

They'll fit.

Just wrong stock size tires on them. No need for 205/45 on GE....that is too short a sidewall anyway.
