2013 Base model, tires on wrong wheel size; too much wheel poke?
2013 Base model
currently running:
175/65R15 tires, 15x6.5 wheel, 38mm offset.
Stock is (correct me if I'm wrong):
175/65R15 tires, 15x5.5 wheel, 45mm offset.
Long story as to how/why I got them - needed new wheels. The tire shop I went to said these wheels were good for my car.
I'm wondering -
1) is the tire being stretched too much?
2) is this too much wheel poke for the wheel bearings and suspension?
According to http://www.willtheyfit.com
"The outer rim will poke out 19.7mm more than before."
Thanks!
