When using remote lock, car doesn't honk or flash headlights upon locking anymore
 

In the last week, my 2017 Honda Fit CVT no longer flashes the headlights or honks the horn when locking remotely. The headlights will flash when unlocking. I've tried to find some settings with the door alarm, but couldn't find anything. Has anyone run into this problem? I want to be sure before I have to pay the dealership big bucks to diagnose this.

Make sure the hood and trunk hatch are securely shut. Obviously the same for the doors. I've had it where I've had to check the sensor wires attached to the hood release mechanism underhood.
