Image of old vs new -and one wife's comment
 

Was at the dealer Sunday morning and he had a black EX. Since my GE is also black, I took a comparison photo. (sorry about the black and white photo -didn't realize my camera phone had reset itself). To me, the style is quite different, but when I showed my wife, she asked which one is yours?? :confused:

They would be easy to mistake for one another for the uninitiated. The older Fit visually looks much smaller to me on the road, even though I know this isn't really the case.

From the picture, it seems the beltline is much higher. This is very obvious in looking at the size of the last window over the cargo area.
Not having sat in the new one, is there a big difference in visibility towards the rear?

I also notice the "stripe" along the side, at handle-level, as if someone had run their finger along the icing on the side of a cake... :)

I notice on the new one, the roofline has a more pronounced arc.
