Honda's New Factory Haunted?!
Figured we could a use a just-for-fun topic. I was searching YouTube for videos of Honda's new manufacturing plant in Celaya, Mexico and I came across a video that appears to be leaked (possibly by a security employee, maybe by the person who posted it? who knows) after-hours footage of an entrance/exit point that has security gates and metal detectors. The clip is a minute long, but nothing seems to happen until the :48 mark.
Note the sudden movement of the tupperware tray on the table dropping to the floor and simultaneous opening of the security gate which then swings back to its original closed position. One could suggest it's just a gust of wind or something, but I question how a gust of wind could knock down one container, without moving the other container at all and push open a barred security gate that probably doesn't pose too much wind resistance. Also, how can a gust of wind flow through a building that's probably sealed and locked up at night? I'm a believer in phenomenon outside our realm of perception, but what do you think? |
My bet is on wind just going in that direction leaving the other container untouched.

Cool, thanks for posting! I seem to have a ghost in my house so my Fit should feel right at home.

The container that fell was perched on the edge. It has less mass than the gate so it would blow faster than the gate would open.
Dang, that place looks like a prison. Must be great for morale! |

Another possibility is a mild earthquake tremor. |

Another possibility is a mild earthquake tremor. The factory commandante reports that morale of employees/prisoners is of no consequence. |
