To be honest, it's not necessary even for the track.

Hell yea! Keep the rear drums, Kevin already schooled me on that. They are lighter and can stop great with some upgraded shoes. Also, make sure u adjust them every once n a while. To adjust the rear drums, put the car in Reverse in a nice open parking lot with no traffic, back up to about 15 miles per hour and slam on the brakes, do this three times in a row in reverse. Your pedal will feel much firmer because the drums have been adjusted, car will also dive less under hard braking because the force is being more evenly distributed.

Wiped down the motor, and washed the car with my powerhouse industries force 1800 electric pressure washer

Freshly wiped down l15b with aem intake, js oil cap, and inline oil seperator added to pcv line. Ive managed to keep it this clean for over 47k miles now

These little electric tug along pressure washers are great

Got the advans clean without even having to touch em!!

Jdm wiper mod bro

Bonus extra shot, caught in its element getting groceries with crz sibling 😂

Put on my power stop track pads and rotors

Bedded them in per instructions. No more brake wobble. If you're considering getting these, man do they bite! Really improved braking power! Caution though, never have I ever had worse brake dust than these! Bought a brake bleeder from harbor freight and a fire extinguisher while I was there. Gonna mount it with a bracket just in front of the passenger seat using the front two bolts. Ordering some Motul 660 and gonna do the stainless steel brake lines and flush the stock fluid next weekend. Also putting in my race harness and pulling the back seat for weight savings. I'm hoping to knock off 5 seconds from my lap time of 3:30 and it's my second time out to the same track so...

Hella brake dust

Brakes are coming up for me, definitely next thing to do. Been going back and fourth with what i want, the way i drive the car i need fade resistance. Your car looks great btw, holy shit thats hella brake dust tho! Rear seats come out super easy, just 4 bolts for the seats, and 2 bolts for the belt anchors. Makes a huge difference especially if u remove the spare and jack/tools right away, 100lbs altogether. 70ish for the seats, 30ish for the spare/jack/tools.

Weight savings

Plus the unsprung weight loss from the wheels and tires. The shock/ strut plus spring was 2 lbs heavier than stock :/ I don't know if that counts for sprung or unsprung...

you've done a really classy job with these mods. I don't want to be a copycat, but the black roof and hood are really growing on me.
