2015 Fit rear wiper blade replacement?

My local auto part stores don't even carry them. Is there a good place to get them online? Can I order that size on Amazon?

If you can't find it on Amazon then all hope is lost. LOL

Why do you need to replace the entire blade? Just get the refills from the Honda dealer. They're cheap enough.

Andy_FIT - Thanks. We can all type this into Amazon and come up with those results. My question, however, is still not answered. Not a single review in the products you linked to mentions the 2015 Honda Fit. Is "LOL" shorthand for "you should trust Amazon's 'These fit your 2015 Honda Fit' recommendations"?

Has anyone purchased a rear wiper blade for a 2015 Honda Fit? Can I assume Amazon's compatibility indicator is accurate?

then call your dealers parts department and ask them what replacements you need and see if the style / part numbers match. I've bought everything else from amazon based off of their system and it's all been exactly what I needed.

I just had to replace mine- it was like $6.00 and change at the stealership. I also had to replace the cover where the wiper attaches- it fell off. 14,000 miles and stuff is falling off? That's mildly disheartening....

Try ordering from Bernardi Parts online. They carry a full complement of Honda OE replacement parts at reduced prices.

Yeah, just replace the rubber blades. Very cheap (even if you pay retail at the dealer)

We always do that, still have the OEM blade holders on our 8 and 9 year old cars.

I do the same. They're much cheaper than Rain-X or Bosch.

Is it typical for Honda wiper blades to not last at all? I had my fronts replaced with OEM refills at the first oil change, around 6500 miles. The rear needs replacement as well, and I'm only at 9300 miles. I've had the car since March.

I think our Volvo went ~30k miles on the first set of wiper blades.

Edit - Part numbers for the actual rubber inserts and prices from hondapartsnetwork:

Blade Rubber (350MM) Part Number: 76622-T5A-003 - 4.52

Blade Rubber (700MM) Part Number: 76622-T6A-J01 - 4.52

Blade Rubber (350MM) Part Number: 76632-T5A-J01 - 4.14

Unfortunately shipping costs as much as the blades. I'll have to try the local dealer. I'm not sure if I'll make it to the next oil change (my dealer, Crown Honda in Durham, offers free wiper blades with service).

I guess it depends on whether the car is garaged/parked outside, Sun/UV levels where you live, ozone levels, how clean you keep your windshield, and who knows what else.

I only replaced the wiper blade inserts on my '09 Fit once in the six years/86,000 miles I owned it. I think it was somewhere around the four year mark. The rear blade got a tear in it so I replaced them all. I bought another replacement set, and never used them.

Your results are not typical in my experience, but then....

The Fit does live outside. I consider them worn out when they will no longer clean without streaking, some folks keep them until they fall apart.

hey splat - thanks for the refill part numbers.

i usually buy 3-4 sets at a time to save cost on the freight. might throw in an oil filter or two as well in the same order.

Blade life depends on conditions as mentioned.

I wash our cars myself, and use a nylon-net covered sponge to clean the grit off the windshield.

Tree sap will tear up blades as well.

Our Fit lives outside but it's blades last a year (maybe 20K miles). The CR-V gets to park inside, it's blades last even longer (18 months).

Side note: The OEM blades didn't last as long as the replacements (they actually tore).

Oh, fer Pete's sake. Little things happen. Did it fall off before or after you replaced the blade?
