Honda offers a lifetime warranty on seatbelts. Not sure they would cover yours, but heck I'd try. Don't mention rodents. I'd sure get that fixed even if I had to pay.

You are lucky the rodents didn't chew your wires. They can do thousands of dollars in damage.
