I'm In... New to me 2018 "BananaFit"
Greetings:
This week I purchased my new-to-me 2018 Fit. Looking forward to a long term happy ownership. Why "BananaFit"? Well, my wife and I name our cars and the yellow just made me think of the color of a banana... don't think a better name will come along but I'll keep an open mind. Welcome! My wife calls our ‘18 Orange Fury my “Orange Crush”. I prefer to call it the McLaren....lol |

Not sure what colours you guys get in the US but I got my "diarrhea yellow" a few months ago (used, early 2016 production run). Got a good deal. Your colour looks like a proper yellow on my screen: a tad closer to orange. *jealous* If it wasn't for the good deal, I would have jumped all of that modern steel!

Thanks for the good thoughts... Orange was my first color choice... My monitor also shows more orange tint to the banana yellow... Bet it will take a few days to get all the settings to my liking... also I'm older and have not had a modern car so HondaLink, ACC, wifi versus bluetooth, four-layer deep settings menus are foreign to me... Carl |
I always thought Fit would make a great taxicab.
Seriously, I am surprised I have not seen one yet. Welcome to the forum, where Fit cars of all colours are treated with equal respect. Though I think this is just your camera playing a trick on everyone. I think in real life it does actually look more like a banana ( or a pale lemon). Brilliant little car all the same. |

Welcome! I really dig the new yellow myself! I was eyeing that color but my wife "forbid" it LOL
And my daughter calls my car the "Fit Bit" :D |
It looks like a nice yellow to me. Bannana is more washed, i cant quite put my finger on this yellow though. Pikachew is the first thing that comes to mind i supppse. Just give it some red cheeks and a tail.
