Right Front Suspension Noise
 

I bought a salvaged repaired 2015 Honda Fit with about 400 miles on it about a year ago. It was fully inspected by a Honda dealer in Arizona. It now has about 24,000 miles on it and has been a great car but I hear a "clang" sound from the right front suspension when I hit a pothole I live 50% of the time in Mexico. Of course I cannot replicate this for the Arizona dealer in the US as the roads are just too smooth. They can't find the problem. Anybody on here that lives in Ensenada or Tijuana that knows some good Honda suspension shops?

I agree with evilcharger, check your front swaybar endlink on that side, its a skinny, silver, vertical rod that attaches your sway bar to the McPherson strut. Raise the car/remove the wheel on that corner, grab hold of the endlink and give it a strong pull/push. If it moves with little effort, its bad. If the endlink is fine, check to make sure the subframe/lower control arm mounting bolts are tight. Hope this helps. Car looks great by the way, major props to whoever did the work.
