Burtch07’s Orchid Pearl Sport
So after a long hiatus I have returned to the the Fit Freak world! Since I last posted I have quite a few different cars.
I sold my 2008 Element SC for an Audi A4. Loved the SC but it only could ever seat 4 and we have 5 in the family. I got tired of fixing minor things in the A4 and went with a reliable 2007 Acura TL. That bad boy was my baby!! I had a lot of mods on it but the time to part ways was upon me. I sold it Nd was looking at the Civic Sport Hatch but with a price tag of 18K and the MPG I decided on the Fit Sport. I have a lot planned for it and look forward to be back in the community. I must say the 3rd Gen sport is pretty sexy and cool for a tiny car. I went with the White Sport and couldn’t be happier! My 1 big beef, no floor mats?! Seriously!

My TL, I’ll miss it but I won’t miss that 93 gas price!
New Sport is pretty sharp

Looks great.
I WISH my dealership would of NOT included floor mats, but they actually included both All-Season and Carpet as part of the package. So I'm sure I paid for them. And really? I'd rather buy aftermarket Husky.
I think there are better options in that arena that are non-OEM.

Just that my dealership kind of forced BOTH sets on me. It wasn't line itemed on the window sticker, but I know it was rolled into the total price. In retrospect? I would of rather paid a little less, and just bought aftermarket right out of the gate.
PS.
Last time I was in the Honda Dealership, it seems Honda now offers a redesigned All-Season mat that seems more on par with competitors like Husky and Weathertech. Unfortunately, I have the pretty spartan "Mini-Mats" that don't offer much protection on the sides.

grats! and welcome back!
look into the husky, and the weather tech's. each have their pro's and con's
the husky fronts cover the dead pedal. most people like that. the rears of the weather tech's appear to go up higher, but I cant comment on that since I went with the husky's

Congrats on the new Fit, looks really nice.
Great looking TL you had!! I know what you mean about the TL. My wife had one and it is of the sexiest cars I think. We had a red (burgundy) one of the same generation and it was so much fun to drive but that premium gas sucks if you drive a lot miles.

Why waste the money? Top tier is a marketing ploy and 93 doesn't make any difference in mpg or power, IMHO.
