First Major Service 2015 Fit..

I bought my 2015 Passion Berry Pearl EX new from Ocala Honda and at 52,000 plus miles it's time for its first major service. So far it hasn't cost much to keep it in warranty pretty much oil changes and at around 30K a new engine air filter..Except for the retarded, stupid, pee poor design splash guard falling down 4 times and water leaks from the Sunroof and right rear door its been a really practical, efficient and reliable vehicle.
So today it's getting a oil change, brake fluid and transmission fluid replacement, new engine and cabin air filters , alignment check (just replaced the tires) and a few other odds and ends. Cost came close to $500.00 without any coupons or discounts but Doug hamy service advisor agreed to $400.00 (100%SC Veteran 20% coupon from another dealer add) and I'm happy with that price. I'm to old and fat to be trying to do it myself and it's on the dealership records that it was done if any issues with the transmission or brakes come up down the road. I bought the 120K 8 year zero deductible extended warranty for peace of mind since I'm going to keep it that long at least..I just hope I can stay out of the way of any big raccoons or dogs that could kill my little Fit!

Very nice. I am just creeping up on 50k myself, though I'll be doing everything myself. I've done nothing but oil changes, keeping an eye on everything, and just replaced the stock tires all around.
