It's summer now. Should I replace radiator/heater hoses on 2015 LX with 100,000 miles?

Heater hoses I'd inspect. If they're starting to deteriorate, I'd replace, otherwise I'd leave them alone.

If you're been good about radiator flush and fills, you shouldn't have to replace the radiator for some time. I'd think you could get 200-300K miles out of it easy. If you don't flush and fill, tho, different story.

Unless they're cracking or leaking, let them be

No. But replace coolant.

I have a 2007 Accord V6 with 300600 miles that I haven't even replaced radiator hoses on, 12 years later.

For my last car I bought all the replacement water hoses so I'd have them around when I suddenly needed them. Never did, scrapped the car at 33 years of age with all the original hoses still in it. They seem to last a long time on Japanese brands.

I'm at 115k. My fan belt is pretty cracked and does need replacing. I have a 6MT, and it lives at 4,000 rpm all day long, so I get it. All other rubber products look fine. I have everything to flush radiator, just need time to do so.

If you haven't flushed your radiator yet, these are STUPID SIMPLE... Bought 50/50 mix at Honda. Our cars take 1 gallon. If you drain it, 1 gallon comes out. No need to flush, just drain and refill!
