New, never installed Tanabe Medallion cat-back exhaust for 2015+ Honda Fit.
I bought this for my 2018 Honda Fit Sport and ended up selling the car.
Never bolted up, only taken out of the box to check fitment.

@Doc, Yes it should fit your 2018 EX-L. I have extra rubber hangers I can include that I bought so it would fit my 2018 sport model.
The sport model has different rubber hangers as well as a lower fascia that interferes with the dual exhaust tip
