TANABE lowering springs

has anyone installed the DF210 lowering shocks on their 2015+ Fit? Any installation tips ? Planning on doing it myself. Any experience with these ?

Mikey,

When doing my lowering springs, on the 1st strut we did use a spring compressor out of habit. When we noticed there was virtually no tension, we rolled the dice and skipped the spring compressor on the 2nd strut.... and I'm happy to report that I still have both eye balls, and all my limbs intact. An impact gun helps, I'm sure you already own one

You'll get mixed answers on cutting the bump stops, I followed the manual and did trim off 1.5 inch.

Car wash = YMMV (not all car washes are created equal)

my spring installation(s) were not of that tanabe brand, but the same experience/info should apply
