With that offset it sure seems like those would be hard on the wheel bearings. Probably would also affect the handling adversely. How heavy are those? All cars do better with light weight wheels.

It weighs about 18lbs and its 16x7.5

offset will determine if it will fit
from picture the offset is pretty low . i doubt it will be directly fit.

I have 16x7 +40 wheels and 205/50R16 tires. If I hit a big bump, the fronts will rub the plastic liner where it meets the fender briefly…

That's lighter than I thought they'd be. Still that offset is something that you may want to reconsider.
