Gorilla Wheel Locks

Ok, this has probably been asked before, but my search didn't return anything.

Rather than pay $70 for original Honda wheel locks, I'm going for the aftermarket. I was planning on getting the Gorilla wheel locks (Part 38431N).

Can someone please confirm that these will fit a 2015 EX?

Thanks

It's the same part as every other Honda that uses that lug nut.

Be aware that they can be pretty easily defeated. A lot of tire stores have a "universal" key they use because it's more convenient. Thieves do the same, or just hammer a socket over the nut.

Agreed with George, it will slow down would be thieves, but it wont stop them. What does stop thieves is the .40 caliber solution!

Yes, that is the correct P/N for the wheel locks that are used with the OEM wheels.

Great thanks. So I guess the Honda ones are just as easy to bypass?

Virtually all wheel locks are easy to bypass if you are a thief who doesn't care about being dainty. The only difficult ones are the keyed variety that are free-spinning when locked but they are so unreliable when you want them to come off that they have pretty much disappeared from the market.

My solution is to run steel wheels. Unless you're comparing them to $$$ racing wheels the steelies are lighter and stronger anyway!
