New to the forum- I'm in new paltz, NY. bought myself my second '07 fit on craigslist a few weeks ago. 64k miles, 5sp. clutch is great, new brakes, tires, and control arms.
However, I have three issues that I want to address
1) the botton to activate cruise control is broken. any ideas on the replacement for something like this?
2) I've attached a picture of what looks like a cracked case that covers the driveshaft or differential. I discovered when I was changing the serp belt (a PITA, but doable with ramps)
3) the plastic "under engine cover" (for lack of a better term) was really cracked and junky. I want to pick up a new one- any recommendations?

 

Someone dropped transaxle when doing the clutch work or hit the rail sticking from the road surface covered by snow. I would suggest fixing it with fiberglass and epoxy
