Please help me diagnose a knocking sound

Hi all

My trusty fit has not been very trusty lately and I think it's related to knocking sound coming from the motor.

Sound: https://streamable.com/r4myic
Spark plug: https://imgur.com/a/qcaxhlC

Dec: noticed slight knocking sound, intermittent
Jan: knock became more regular
Feb: sound went away
Mar: shitjustgotreal.gif
- Sudden cylinder failure (left most when facing motor)
- Loss of power, jerky, unburnt fuel
- Quick fix at nearest mechanic, replaced coil
Apr: cylinder failure again
- Replaced all the coils and plugs myself - thanks fitfreak for the guides
- Left most spark (from the failed coil) looks rough as hell (see pic)
- Driving better than ever but knocking sound is back (see vid)
- More pronounced when engine is warm, increases when accelerating

I think it's rod knock but I'm no mechanic so I would really appreciate input from the experts.

Thank you.

Edit: Motor GD3 L15A VTEC

A video revving up the engine (once its warm up) would be helpful. At idle, its hard to say from that video, whether or not the sound I hear is a problem
