My car is a honda fit GE8. My goal is to be able to get the current fuel level from either OBD port/hidden other port etc. for some tracking purposes. Has anybody done this before? For me probably the last resort would be to directly solder some cables into the appropriate fuel gauge pins behind the instrument cluster and get some voltage readings etc. But if I could read that from CAN bus or something. that would be the easiest outcome. So if somebody has done this already, please help me.
