What other people have said about your Fit?

Let's hear it...
What have other people said about your Honda Fit?

I had my brother in law say that i got myself a futuristic mini-van!

That right there made me wanna get rid of the Fit and get back in my S2000 lol.

From the look (outside): It is so tiny. Can it go on the freeway?
From the ride: It rides pretty good. Feels more solid than it looks.
From the look (inside): Wow..the trunk is pretty big.
From the driver seat: I like it. It seats high with good visibility....Oh, where is the temp. gauge btw?
From the back seat: It can actually fit 3 three (small) people.
Under the hood: There are lots of empty space (surprise).

My sister said "It's much roomier than it looks".

Other than that not a peep. Oh and my cousins give it props but both would say they would never buy one. Yet everytime they have to fill up the gas their (big SUV and Sedan) cars, they start making excuses.

My car afficianado brother loved the styling of the interior - other than that people are generally impressed with the gas mileage.

I had a group of guys scream "I like your rims!"

Everyone who has been in the car says that the interior is "really nice"/"tight".

The two girls who have sat in the passenger seat reached for the sun visor and said "You don't have a mirror?"

My neighbor or one of his friends one night screamed while I was parking, "Nice car!"

Haha... keep the compliments coming!

Smile "It's cute"

Being a chick (okay, an old lady who just turned 44 who has a 10-month-old son and got the Fit after three Accord Coupes in a row over 20 years) I don't mind "It's cute!" My husband (owner of a 2005 MT Elantra GT) says it is a peppy little thing, and quite agile. My 71 year old mom thinks it's cute!

The consensus of the co-workers is "cute/very nice interior/so much interior room for the size".

My Fit would be a Civic wagon/5-door. If Honda was still making them and/or selling them in the US.

Odyssey Nano . . . love it!

I've been asked about 4 times if it's a hybrid and if I get good mileage. I wish I could impress them, but since I'm an honest guy, I have to tell people I only get about 25mpg. I try to qualify it by saying I have an all stop-and-go commute. One guy told me he thought all Hondas get over 40mpg!

I've noticed people staring at it while I drive. I don't know if they are good stares or bad ones.

*I* think my car is cute, so if someone else said it was cute, I wouldn't mind!

"nice color"
"haha"
"pretty nice"
"cute..."
"not bad..."

yeah. most of them are sarcastic.
i'm surrounded by people with nice cars. ex: wrx sti, lancer evo viii, bmw m3, and gti.....

I don't know why people mind it being called "cute" so much. I mean, you bought a little 4 door pretty basic hatch. Don't get me wrong, I love the thing, but I'm content with others calling it cute.

Have gotten a couple "badass"es from some pretty nice looking ladies, so that'll work for me too.

To my surprise, people in the car community have given it good looks and thumbs up (outside of the ricers' "my d15 would smoke that" comments).

I bought what I could afford, and its grown on my me and my friends so it gets great comments.

I get asked almost every other time I fill it up with gas if it's a hybrid. I've always said no, but pretty soon I'm just gonna start saying it is.

I get the hybrid comment ALL THE TIME. I swear the guy working at Taco Bell is CONVINCED it HAS to be a hybrid. He says that every time I see him (same guy btw).

Otherwise, I usually get:
Why'd you buy that?
Who's retarded red Honda is out in the parking lot?
Dude. Its a Fit.
and (once inside)
Actually, this is alot better than my interior..

I go to a school formerly named General Motors Institute (yes, GM. I know, I'm sorry), so I expect the teasing.
