Since I'm nosy I want to know what cars everyone here notice during the long (or short) commute to work/school? As for me, I live in Northern California and it seems that I cannot go a day without seeing a Civc, Accord, old xB, Corolla, Prius, Camry, 300, Escalade, Aveo (bleh), and Dodge Ram.

I rarely see Fits on the road but for the first time I saw a a Blackberry Pearl Fit and it's sooo beautiful *sniff*. Also saw a SMART car.......hmm...not too sure about those cars...

 

So Cal here. Good mix of cars, nothing really that I would notice as being more common than the next. Civic's, Accords, Truck, SUV's, etc...Even see a few Fit's now and then because I work right by UCI and I know theres a couple of you here that go to school there. Seen an F-Car and a Lambo once or twice on my commute home. Heck I see one of my NSX brothers at least once or twice a week as his daily commute takes the same road I do lol.

 

Almost daily I pass a rusty W123 Merc 240D touting the positives of biodiesel in a big sticker in its rear window.

There is a CLEAN early Toyota MR2 I pass on some mornings.

Until the weather got cold, a co-worker was driving his blue and white 1946 Packard Eight to the office.

The rest of the stuff out there is a sea of un-noteable cars and SUVs.

 

:D Im in Nor Cal aswell, i see G35's, new 3 series bimmers, civics, Acura MDX's(new and old), Acura TL's, xB's..Maybe you can be our first next gen Fit at our Future Bay area meets!

 

LOADS of 1 ton 4x4's . . . LOL.

What's your name on prime? I'm looking to get a Fit also, but I want a white one to match the X. Too bad no white for 08. :(

 

tc's day and night here. the tc WAS nice when it came out, now its played out like no other.

 

Yeah have to agree there kinda wondering why they got rid of white, seems like a basic color that everyone should have or at least have available. :confused:

 

in NY... ill see a honda fit every morning heading to school and there one girl in my school that has one 2 :D

 

Between Sacramento and San Francisco every day are a bazillion Civics. A ton of Prius's and construction trucks also stand out. Also starting to see a LOT of Ford Escapes.

Southbound hwy 101 near San Rafael I see a pristine condition VW bus every morning around 5:20. CHP is busy around then too:D

 

Aruond the Seattle Tacoma area, i always see the basic economy cars ( Aveo, Civics, Prius, Camry's) the SUVs ( Explorer, others that i cant remember) and the Soccer moms with their vans along with the 543241341251351 3 series everybody has. Fits are starting to be more common though

 

Lexus IS is the flavor of the month in SoCal. In Phoenix, lots of Kias, Hyundais, and Chevys. :)

 

new camry's 03-07 accords, 06-07 civic lx's, the 3 series, the mazda 3, and half ton pick ups and suv's that are too big for the families that drive them abount here in NC

 

I see a lot of Vibe/Matrix and Focus around here. At least of cars that I notice. Sedan's and SUV's all look alike to me.

 

The usual Camrys, Accords, Civics, Yaris, etc etc...

But i also see all the exotics! - not a day when i dont see a Ferrari, Bentley, Maserati, Lamborghini, or some real exotic.... i saw a Buggatti yesterday :) ..... ahhh, one day it will be mine!

 

great nowadays i see Civic SI everywhere i go... sigh*

 

I see a blue si on my drive every morning and there's someone that owns a blue fit that works at the bank across from my work. And i also see ek3 jdm's fit a lot driving around - eyo

 

I pretty much see the same cars you guys do. Mostly Civics, Camrys, etc. MINI Coopers are somewhat rare. The most rare car i've seen is a Lotus(first one in my lifetime lol). Actually saw one about 2-3 weeks ago when driving to work. I see Fits once in a while. Not all that common as of yet.

 

i see a lot of gen8 civics. i mean A LOT around here. so much that i
sold mine. as far as the Fit/FitS, i rarely see them so it's all good. :)
