anybody here interested in a mini fit meet with other MD fits? i know Gotenkz00 will be interested in this and so am i. any ways im thinking of somewhere in the pg county area. but we can discuss this. im just interested in checkin out other peoples fits may be take some pictures of our cars. Gotenkz00 and i found one nice place under the parking garage at the home depot on rt 1 in college park/beltsville area. nobody really parks down there so should be a nice spot and out of whatever weather might be.

anyways...ideas suggestions, dates, ppl intersted? lemme know.

 

Yep yep DC/MD/VA!!! We need to gather our Fits and combine! lmfao jk but yeah I would love to make this meet work because there is not that many Fits around here especially from FitFreak. Anyone who is willing to come meet then it would be great to see everyone and if we get a good bunch lets make it a great experience. If distance is a problem then we'll try to meet half way for everyone to make it an easy.

 

ah didnt realize you had the skunk2 shift knob, ill have to check that out next time. is it the weighted one? wanted to compare the cheap knob i just bought to one of the knobs from a big name company.

 

Yeah its a weighted knob i believe 440g. ALMOST 1LB!!! lmfao its nice but i personally like the T1R knob. I'm going to get that when i get $$ lol maybe i'll sell mine to you lol

 

Hey Id be interested in meeting up and takin some pics. Just bought my Fit about 2 weeks ago. Just got her tinted yesterday and rims/springs will be on this sunday.

Thanks! Yeah I was looking for a thread like this for all the MD Fits, but it looks pretty dry...I used to own a s2000 and the community for that is huge in this area. I still hang out with them all. Hopefully it will pick up for the Fits!

 

im up for meetin up after i install my light flywheel and replace the clutch :P it should be at my house sometime next week hopefully and installed next weekend. already got the clutch sittin in my living room, just waitin on the flywheel, it was on backorder for a week. ;/ that will give some time to see if anybody else is interested in this. i know there is several other md/dv/va fits that are pretty close to where we live, within an hour at least which isnt really a long drive at all. may be we can get a few more.

my flywheel should be here next week.

so i should be ready by the 27th.

 

got the flywheel in. should be installed tomorrow so i should be ready whenever.

there is a delay in getting my clutch/flywheel put on...hopefully i can get it installed this weekend. im leaving for west virginia 4th of july weekend so wont be able to do anything til the following week. unless we wanna have it on a week day. which is cool with me as long as its after 6pm

 

I'm available most of the time but it all depends on what time because of work ! Where do you guys live anyway?? BTW My name is Victor but call me Vic We need to find a good spot where we all can meet up and who knows maybe do something else afterwards.

 

I'm located up in Carroll County, closes big city to me is Baltimore.

 

I live in Silver Spring and work at Arundel Mills Plaza but we'll see what's going on when were all ready and prepped I guess *ahem* David........ Lmao

 

yeah i know im holdin this thing up. im lookin at 3 weeks before i can get my flywheel/clutch put in now ;/ gotta make my car payment this weekend and next weekend is a holiday...so the following weekend after the 4th is what its lookin like for install. im gonna see if i can work anything out this weekend and may be get it in, but i doubt it. sorry ;/ haha. soon tho...soon.
