this place pho hoa cali express is 10x better.

 

Pho Hoa Cali on Black Mountain is pretty damn good, but only #2 on my Pho list. #1 goes to Pho Hoa in the ghetto, Eastside SD on El Cajon Blvd. They've been open for like over 20 years.

 

you know they are pretty good. the thing is....they are all mainly the same owners. the one in mira mesa and rb are the same. not 100% sure about the one in city heights.


but they are good i think pho hoa and pho saigon are tied for #1

pho saigon has more stuff to choose from that are good all around....but pho hoa is really only good for pho.


ive grown up in those two places haha.
