U.S. auto sales plunge in June - Jul. 1, 2008

 

All these idiots who constantly keep criticizing Honda for their decisions... they know what they're doing, so hopefully this comes as a great big "I told ya so" to them! Go Honda! :)

 

Congrats to honda on this.... I just hope the economy will settle down soon...

 

I saw the breakdown of sales by car, and Honda sold 10k Fits in the US in June! That's double compared to June 2007. :hyper:

 

I heard they're making 80,000 fit's in '09. Not enough to keep up with 10,000 a month.

 

Honda's diversifying. While the US makers are shutting down plants due to short sightedness Honda's opening up new plants. It's the classic "don't put all your eggs in one basket". Supposedly the Hondajet has been a dream of the Honda family for a long time.
